THERE IS A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON ALL RESERVATIONS.
The Cabin rents for $80/night for 2 Guests + $10 per person for each
additional Guest.**
Mobile Home 1 rents for $80/night for 2 Guests + $10 per person for each
additional Guest.**
Mobile Home 2 rents for $80/night for 2 Guests + $10 per person for each
additional Guest.**
**CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER STAY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
PLEASE ADD TAXES OF 8% (6% WV SALES TAX + 2% MOTEL TAX)
ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Additional Information
Check-in time is at 3 pm daily, but early or late check-in will be arranged if
possible.
Check-out time is 10 am daily. Guests wishing to check-out then ride the
Hatfield~McCoy Trail on the same day may park their vehicle/trailer on our
property for that day if space is available.
RESERVATIONS: Upon making a reservation, a deposit of 1/2 of the rental
rate is due WITHIN 10 DAYS or the reservation will be CANCELED.
Upon receiving the deposit, we will mail you a written confirmation receipt,
which also has LOCAL DIRECTIONS to our place printed on the back of it.
PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
ONLY--NOT AT CHECK-IN.
CANCELLATIONS: Upon confirmation, OUR RENTAL UNIT IS TAKEN OFF
THE RENTAL MARKET AND IS HELD FOR YOU.
In order to receive a refund, the unit must be canceled 30 days prior to your
arrival date. If you cancel your unit with less than 30 days notice and the
unit is re-rented, then the deposit will
be refunded to you.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
WHEN CHECKING OUT: Please broom sweep the unit, wash dirty dishes
and leave in the dish strainer, take out all trash, please turn-off lights,
heater or AC, LEAVE THE ROOM KEY IN THE ROOM and lock all windows
and unit door behind you. We reserve the right to withhold a portion or all of
the Cleaning Deposit if the Unit is not cleaned as noted. There is a $10
service fee for lost keys.
FURNISHINGS/SUPPLIES:
Each Mobile Home is equipped with a kitchen that includes refrigerator,
microwave, double bowl sink, coffemaker, toaster and all cooking utensils
to serve a maximum of 8 guests. METAL POTS AND PANS are also included.
The Cabin is equipped with a kitchenette that includes refrigerator,
microwave, double bowl sink, coffemaker, toaster oven and all eating
utensils to serve a maximum of 8 guests.
LINEN/BATH SUPPLIES: We provide Linen/Blankets, BUT DO NOT PROVIDE
TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS.
An on-site Washer/Dryer, Barbecue Grill and Picnic Tables are available for
use of ALL Guests.
SECURITY: We have been in business for 5 years and have had no
problems with theft, but we do suggest you bring cables, locks, etc., to
secure your ATV.
PETS: Since most guests will be riding the Trails most of the day, we ask
that you LEAVE YOUR PET AT HOME.
Our West Virginia weather in the Fall, Winter and Spring can be very
unpredictable. Please pack your rain gear and cold weather gear, expecting
the worst, but hoping for the best--you can always peel it off. Late Spring
months can at times be very warm and the Trails can become very
dusty--good eye protection is a must!
